abstract = {This article explores the concepts surrounding Web/Library 2.0. The publication begins by exploring the key values of the Web/Library 2.0 movements: conversation, community, participation, experience, and sharing. These values are further expanded upon and illustrated through the authors{\textquoteright} description of social tools that facilitate these objectives. Some of these tools include blogs, podcasts, wikis, and social networks. Stephens and Collins are clear that the Library 2.0 movement must critically consider the philosophy behind these tools in order to deploy them usefully. The article concludes by discussing the hyperlink library initiative. },
